SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We ship worldwide. Merchandise will be fulfilled within 24-48 business hours from the order date and will take 5-10 business days for standard delivery anywhere within the United States. All shipments outside the US please allow an additional 7-10 days for shipping. Please note that Portia Renia is not responsible for any potential delay after your item has been shipped as ship times do vary depending on your package origin and destination.
Please note all Express, Expedited, and International parcels MUST be shipped to the billing address of the cardholder. In the event your billing address and shipping address do not match your order will be placed on hold and you will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives.
Regular priced items bought on Portiarenia.com will gladly be accepted for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. It must not be worn, altered, damaged, and free of any stains, odors, or distinct smells including perfume. Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs which are non-refundable. All tags must be attached when returned. Returns are subject to a $8.00 restocking fee. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALE AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, SWIMWEAR, INTIMATES, AND BODYSUITS ARE FINAL SALE - NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. If such items are returned a $25.00 charge will be made to your account and the items will be returned to you. To start the return process please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Provide order number and the item you wish to return as well as a short reason for the return or exchange. All customers will be responsible for shipping fees for return or exchange of merchandise.
All international returns received later than 60 days from the order date will be returned back to the sender.
Please be advised to retain proof of postage receipt as we unable to accept responsibility for any lost or damaged parcels incurred during transit to our warehouse. Once your return parcel is received, processing time is 7-10 business days to process your return.
In the event your item is damaged or defected please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery and we will gladly process a return or exchange.
